the collection agency known as andreu paler or something like that out of miami has put a garnisment of wages against my wife . what legal steps does see have???? i just sent off a cashiers check for 2 grand after receiving a letter stating that this would pay off the debt, signed by the palmer. it had a date for this discount payment and they should receive it before this date. please tell me i didnt waste 2 grand on these jerks.


we live in florida. she never recieved any paperwork signed and stamped by the judge. only letters from this law firm with clerk of court paperwork. she just got a letter from her employer stating that her wages would be garnished starting this friday. i sent payment with the usps overnight with signature conformation.

she never recieved anything signed or stamped by a judge. she would get paperwork from these attorneys with court documantation. so she never showed up. we live in florida and i sent the cashiers check usps overnight with signature conformation. last week she got a letter from her employer stating that her wages would be garnished starting this friday. 200 dollars a week, until the sum of 3500 is paid for. she called these lawyers and made a one time deal with the payoff of 2000. they agreed and i sent the check.
