well I read on one of the post by another member that he had a PDL with Sandpoint Capital located on west Indies. I emailed that Wes guy and he was very corteous and I owed them 300 and i had to pay 90 interest charge for the past three weeks. I informed him that other people were in the same situation that instead of the interest going towards the principle, it was just being free money, and that i did alittle bit of research and their laws he in the US, well he agreed and he let me settle the debt, nowI owe them $0 dollars since I had already paid three times $90! yeee! this forumis the best, there is alot of helpful information, the best of all is that I don;t feel alone anymore knowing there's more people in the same situation as me. Thanks!!

no because i'm trying to go one by one, if i do, they want the interest payment right away and I can't even afford that. Right now, i defaulted on ACE cash so i'm planning to call them and ask them to work something out. As for my cash now, i'm trying to find their adress and location because i heard they're not legal in Texas but i need to make sure, if they're not, then i don;'t owe them 355 no more. we'll see!

This is why she answered with PDM. Both Illegal in most states.

paulie if you dont mind me asking what arrangement did they come up with for you? (my cash now) They are one of my lenders and I am fighting mine one at a time and havent even approached them yet. Can you tell me had you defaulted then they called you or did you call them after you defaulted? Any info would be appreciated! BPMQuote:
