has anyone ever heard of 247greenstreet.com i borrowed 610.00 from them and i have some questions

I'm sure that you've come across this PDL through the internet. As per my knowledge about this PDL is concerned, I've a physical address of this company which is Level 8, Plaza Commercial Center,Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM1640, Malta.

So, as you can see, they're not even situated in our country. Although you can file a case against this company with the BBB but you can't prevent them from calling you. And yes, they cannot sue you for anything.

Minnesota and i borrowed 610.00 i am almost 2 weeks past due now and have asked to break the payment up into 4 payments because the total owed is 808.18 and they said nope only 2 payments. Otherwise they will exercise the wage assignment included in the contract which i am not sure is legal as i have read has to be signed in person and not digitally. Anyhow I have sent an email revokeing the wage assignment and copied MN state laws on payday loans to the email. Any other advice or info on this company i spkoe with online cust. service as i am unable to even log into my acct. to review the documents and they stated there is no physical address i saved all my chats with them.

How much have you paid them so far? You do realize that since they aren't licensed to lend all you owe them is the principal amount you borrowed. I wouldn't give them an option if I were you, just tell them you need a physical address where to send payments, if they refuse to give you an address then it is no longer your problem. Read the link I gave you on how to deal with illegal lenders, all your questions will be answered in that thread.

Ball is in their court now i have all my documentation i tried to resolve this.
