The only proplem I am really having with them is they are located in another state then me and will hit my checking account for the payment. I have had bad experince in the past with payments being taken out of my account and I would like to have control over that.

superior being a debt settlement and not consolidation
I just went on to superiors website and it says they do settlements. I already looed at that route and to me it seems worse then consolidation. Any opinions? I need help ASAP with my debt. I have looked into curadebt.com anybody know anything or can anyone suggest a good company. I am 45,000 in credit card debt and currently 30-60 days behind.
