I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has used this company or knows anything about them. They have called me and I was wondering if they are a reliable company? Any help will be greatfull.
:?:

Hi Lisa, I was discussing with my friend about Superior Debt Services yesterday only and about their good customer care representatives.

You can freely discuss all your credit problems with the consultant offering you the counseling. He will nicely work out the repayments that are presently suitable to your financial situation. According to the feedback given by my friend on them, their budgeting program has helped him a lot.

Thanks David. I think that I am going to call them tonight and see what they can do for me. The only proplem I am really having with them is they are located in another state then me and will hit my checking account for the payment. I have had bad experince in the past with payments being taken out of my account and I would like to have control over that.

Lisa, talk to consultant of Superior Debt and explain your experience you had in the past with another company. If you can insist, they will accept money gram or make some other arrangements so that you don't have to give your checking account information. I hope it can help you.

I just went on to superiors website and it says they do settlements. I already looed at that route and to me it seems worse then consolidation. Any opinions? I need help ASAP with my debt. I have looked into curadebt.com anybody know anything or can anyone suggest a good company. I am 45,000 in credit card debt and currently 30-60 days behind.

First of all, do not take a settlement program as it will further damage your credit ratings.

Read this page below to understand the basic difference between a debt consolidation and a debt settlement program

http://forums.debtcc.com/forums/comparison.html

Negotiate with Superior Debt on how the creditors will report your accounts to the bureaus. Your accounts will reflect true credit worthiness only if they are marked as 'paid' or 'paid as agreed'

This website has a list of good consolidation companies to work with. Register yourself and take a free counseling. You should take a consolidation program and get your accounts reported with the above statuses. This way only, you will be able to show some improvement in your credit standing and get the best deals from your lenders.
