I'm trying to work out payment plans for several pdl's that I have. My checking account was closed and I actually contacted several of them after the fact to set up arrangements to pay. Some have been more willing that others and some have been threatening. I live in TN and have the following - all are internet pdl's.

National Payday Loan
Magnum
Zip19 - this one has been paid off and very easy to work with - made reasonable arranagements
ACS
QXL
Alpine
Pack Management - starting dialogue w/them now through their collection agency
Loan Shop - called several times and was told someone in another dept would call, no word.
Loan Point- called several times and was told someone in another dept would call, no word.

Except Loan Point, which I couldn't check, I checked the information of all the other PDL lenders in your list. All of them are licensed in some states or the other in the US.

As per the PDL laws in your state, internet PDL lenders who are licensed in the US can lend PDL in Tennessee. Moreover, they need to follow the PDL laws of the state they're licensed out of and not the laws of Tennessee.
