Except Loan Point, which I couldn't check, I checked the information of all the other PDL lenders in your list. All of them are licensed in some states or the other in the US.
As per the PDL laws in your state, internet PDL lenders who are licensed in the US can lend PDL in Tennessee. Moreover, they need to follow the PDL laws of the state they're licensed out of and not the laws of Tennessee.

How did you check this? Is there a way for me to tell which state so I can review their laws. I have every intention of paying these back, but I want to be informed when I call these people and work out plans. Thanks for your help.
