You'll need to follow the laws of Missouri for your store front lenders. Some of them are members of the CFSA, this means you would be eligible for an EPP (Extended payment plan), click on the link below to read about the EPP.

By the way, Check n Go and Cashnetusa also provide and extended payment plan.
You have a few Internet payday lenders who are not legal lenders, this means you will need to close your account, that is the only way to stop them, but first, make arrangements with your legal store front lenders, explain that your account has been compromised which meant you had to close it, and make arrangements to pay them via the mail.
I will be back with a list of the lenders you have who are not legal.

The following lenders below are NOT licensed/legal lenders, this means you only owe them the principal amount you borrowed, they aren't entitled to interest or fees since they did not comply with the law:

Be careful with Check N Go. Because I live in Ohio they REFUSE to offer me a EPP. Have gone round and round with them. They keep telling me they don't subscribe to CFSA in Ohio and they do with a CSO module which does not allow them to offer me it. Funny....cashnetusa and Pay Day One both allowed it in Ohio! Bastards! Anyone have any suggestions?

I live in Ohio also and I simply sent an email to Check n Go's customer services saying, for example, I'd like to pay off my account balance of $1000 in 4 paymets of $250 each on the following dates.
They said yes, first try.

Hello --- I am in Kansas too...I can give ya advice on paydaymax....fax your C&D letter to them at 877-729-9682 and I also e-mailed it to Credit Protection Depot attn:William Reed at inquiries@creditprotectiondepot.com ----- I waited a few days and then called CPD at 866-645-1611 and was told that my loan was forgiven (since when you combined my loans I had way overpaid the principle) --- I then faxed my letter demanding a refund for illegal interest paid to their office in Canada (as directed to by CPD) at 403-770-8760....literally three hours later I got the call from them that they are ACH'ing the refund to my account today. You don't owe them anything over the principle --- so you should be able to set up payments to pay off the principle amount borrowed.
That's just the chain of events I went thru...started last friday. Hope that helps!
