I live in Kansas and work in Missouri. I have closed my checking account. I copied the C&D template. I don't know the laws for Kansas and I don't understand if by me working in Missouri does that mean I have a presence in Missouri (in reference to the Template). I only have a few addresses for the pdl's if anyone can help that would be great.

My accounts include:

Cash Net USA is from the internet I paid 105 and borrowed 350

PDY Services is from the internet I paid 79 and borrowed 200

Payday Loan Yes is from the internet I paid 105 and borrowed 350

Upfront Cash is from the internet I paid 120 and borrowed 400

Instant Loans Now is from the internet I paid 105 and borrowed 300

Payday Max Loan is from the internet I paid 84.12 and borrowed 500

Ace Cash Express is from the internet I paid 45 and borrowed 300

Kingston Financial is from the internet I paid 79 and borrowed 200

Great Sky Loan is from the internet I paid 90 and borrowed 300

Check N Go is from the internet I paid 75 and borrowed 500

Cash Choice is from a storefront in Missouri I paid 970 and borrowed 500

Advance America is from a storefront in Missouri I paid 920 and borrowed 500

EZ loan is from a storefront in Missouri I paid 90 and borrowed 500

King of Kash is from a storefront in Missouri I paid 227 and borrowed 900

You'll need to follow the laws of Missouri for your store front lenders. Some of them are members of the CFSA, this means you would be eligible for an EPP (Extended payment plan), click on the link below to read about the EPP.

By the way, Check n Go and Cashnetusa also provide and extended payment plan.

You have a few Internet payday lenders who are not legal lenders, this means you will need to close your account, that is the only way to stop them, but first, make arrangements with your legal store front lenders, explain that your account has been compromised which meant you had to close it, and make arrangements to pay them via the mail.

I will be back with a list of the lenders you have who are not legal.

The following lenders below are NOT licensed/legal lenders, this means you only owe them the principal amount you borrowed, they aren't entitled to interest or fees since they did not comply with the law:
Great Sky Loans
PDY Services
Payday Loan Yes
Upfront Cash
Instant Loans Now
Payday Max
Kingston Financial

Be careful with Check N Go. Because I live in Ohio they REFUSE to offer me a EPP. Have gone round and round with them. They keep telling me they don't subscribe to CFSA in Ohio and they do with a CSO module which does not allow them to offer me it. Funny....cashnetusa and Pay Day One both allowed it in Ohio! Bastards! Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello --- I am in Kansas too...I can give ya advice on paydaymax....fax your C&D letter to them at 877-729-9682 and I also e-mailed it to Credit Protection Depot attn:William Reed at inquiries@creditprotectiondepot.com ----- I waited a few days and then called CPD at 866-645-1611 and was told that my loan was forgiven (since when you combined my loans I had way overpaid the principle) --- I then faxed my letter demanding a refund for illegal interest paid to their office in Canada (as directed to by CPD) at 403-770-8760....literally three hours later I got the call from them that they are ACH'ing the refund to my account today. You don't owe them anything over the principle --- so you should be able to set up payments to pay off the principle amount borrowed.

That's just the chain of events I went thru...started last friday. Hope that helps!
