Allied is a huge CA with offices all over the company.They are a collection vendor for the US Department of Education and several state and county agencies. Some divisions are better than others.

To the poster...you will need to contact the specific office that has contacted you. Giving you a blanket address wont help.

There are a few Allied Interstate present in the US. That is the reason I told OP to go to the BBB site and get the address confirmed. Moreover, none of these Allied Interstate CAs are accredited to BBB.

All Accredidation by the BBB mean is that they are members. You cannot force a company to join so the statement "they are accredited" means nothing. The BBB is simply a letter writing agency and have no legal or administrative authority. The point is you cannot go to the BBB to get an address confirmed for a specific debt. You must send any DV's to whatever specific branch is contacting you.
