Thank you for responding, however per the contract that you signed and agreed to the terms and conditions you are responsible for the $300 borrowed you are responsible for repayment and per the contract is clearly states that you agreed to follow the short term unsecured installment loan Laws as well as Utah state law. In no way are we associated to pay day loan laws as your are implying GOVERNING LAW: You acknowledge that we are a Utah-based lender, and you acknowledge that this consumer Unsecured Short-Term Installment Loan Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. You acknowledge that Utah laws governing this Unsecured Short-Term installment loan agreements may differ significantly from the laws of the state where you reside. You agree that courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any disputes arising from this Unsecured Short-Term installment Loan Agreement. I would be more than happy to fax you a full copy of your loan agreement that explain in detail the terms and conditions that you agreed to. Please be advise that for each pay date the loan is kept out there will be a fee $90 added to your current balance which is currently at $390 ( the amount borrowed and the fee for keeping the funds out since 8/26/2010) I would be more than happy to get the pay in full balance of $390 to get this matter resolve however nonpayment will resolve in additional fees.
