I'm thinking these names could be related to the PDLs. Choice Gold Services withdrew 99.95 from my account and so did Platinum Service, both on the same day! If anyone has a clue who they are and how to get my money back, I sure would appreciate it. I have closed my bank account but I just want to know who took this money from me.

If you do a Google search, you'll see this is a common problem. Many times, when you apply for an internet PDL, especially on one of the sites that "checks multiple lenders for you and finds you the best deal," they have fine print in the terms of service stating that you will be enrolled in some program that will auto-debit your account and/or that there is a monthly fee for their service, same thing.

Did your bank refund you the money? I know you said you closed the account but, if you didn't agree to have the funds withdrawn, you should be able to get that money back. You should also contact both of these companies and tell them you didn't ask for their services and if you were enrolled in some program, without your knowledge, they need to remove you from it.

This happened to me as well.. just dispute it. Your bank will refund the money and that will be that. They are super tricky about where they position their 'acceptance' in the pdl website. They wont even try to argue with your bank. It's a complete scam and they just hope people won't notice that it's been taken from their account.

You will get your money back. Trying to contact them, good luck. When you press to go to the debt collection , it just rings and rings. Its easier to go to your bank and call the Atty Gen in your state

Hi, I'm sorry for your loss as they both did the same to me, but not until I closed my account these two firms where sold my information online by another scam outfit called United Credit Loans. I apply for a loan online, giving my banking information and that all they needed to control my account they drew out most of their money before I closed the account. I just iquired about a loan, how much could I get and what would be the interest rate. They didn't reply, they just put $400.00 in my account and in 8 days started pulling out their payments plus 157% interest in 60 day time; and I didn't sign, or agree to the loan at all, but the also sold my information on the web, so others started writing electronic checks to themselves out of my account. We need to tell our story to the attorney general and close these business down. Good Luck!!!
M.J.

so i got the number to the choice gold services and what they are telling me is that the charged that was on my account for 99.95 is non-refundable and there is no way that i can get the money back. I tried to explain to the customer service lady that my bank won't give me the money back until they do. i just don't know what to do.

i have tried that but the problem is that one of my roommates was the one who did all this stuff so there is no way for me to prove that it wasn't me because the ip address is the same on our computer because we all used the same computer so now i am basically screwed i guess you can say

No. You need to go into your bank and tell them that there were unauthorized charges to your account. You need to ask them for the forms you fill out to dispute those charges. Don't just listen to some teller and take his/her word for it. Ask to speak directly to the BRANCH MANAGER!

I went to the bank and filled out the papers with the manager, he said I should have this taken care of in 48 hours. They sure didnt tell me to go to the police, and I filed a complaint with the Atty Gen of Ohio office. She told me they had complaints on this and they are investigating it

this also happened to me by the same company. I have now a small claims suit against this company. if you all would like to get in with the law suit it could turn into a Class Actions Suit, where we all will get our money back plus some additional money for hardship

This company is a scam. I would like to know how to file a complaint with the internet. I have filed an affidavit with my bank. I will report these people to Consumer Complaints in Houston TX and APS *(for fraud against an ederly person).

We do not need this kind of trash on the internet. Personally after this experience of being drafted for $99.95 I wish they would take all the payday loan business off the internet.

Houston, Texas

i did not agree to these charge of 99.95 . i was trying to get a payday loan nothing else you all ask for info and you put it in but if the fees are to high and you decide not to get the loan you already have people info .So you are really scaming people . So i say be careful . Iwill be going to my bank to dispute these charges . BE SAFE

This same thing happened to me. It was taken out twice. I applied for a PDL, just like you, got nothing but had the money removed from my account. One company went so far as to tell me that there is a lawsuit out against me for violating Federal Banking Regulations, check fraud and something else that was a fraud. I questioned them and all I got was "what is your f---ing question?" because he wouldn't answer any of my questions. I will be calling my bank tomorrow and try to get in touch with Gold Services to see what kind of garbage they will give me as an explanation, if any.

They are probably illegal in your state, Gold Services is also known as :
CMG Groups LLC
SJM Group LLC
SSM Group
Summit Group

My advice to you is to close that account asap because it will never be safe again, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
