As a goodwill gesture we will be suspending your account. This means that no further interest will be added and no payments will be requested. The loan will not be marked as paid in full as it has not been satisfied as per the contractual terms. Regards, Customer Services

Have you paid the principal amount that has been borrowed? If not, then send them a mail that you will send them the remaining balance and ask for a mailing address from them as you'll send the money via money order.
If they don't reply, then just forget about it.

Well, they're saying no payments will be requested so that's a good thing. Did you file complaints with the BBB, AG and FTC? I'd respond that, according to your state laws, the contractual terms have been satisfied and you would like that acknowledged.

what letter did you send them? just curious as i had sent them one back in July they pretty much told me they still expected payment now i can not even create customer service ticket. They say my balance is 720.00 on a 200.00 loan that i have already paid them. I have not heard anything from them the only way i can contact them is the phone number which i will not do as i have told them no phone contact.

I also have not heard from them except when they responded to my Customer service request ticket. I sent them the standard letter from this forum. It wasn't anything special, but I have paid $320.00 on a $200.00 loan. They still will not acknowledge PIF so I'm not sure what to do next. I refuse to call the number. I'm not to good when they start their threats. I'm open to any suggestions.

Nope. They can't do a thing to you, other than annoy you. They may sell your loan to a CA at some point and then you'll have to start the cycle over but, it's an illegal loan. No CA is going to be able to validate it anyway.

I would have not rested until I get back the refund. Send complaints to your states' AG. Be persistent with your refund demand.
