Here is the responce from the letter I sent to QXL:

As a goodwill gesture we will be suspending your account. This means that no further interest will be added and no payments will be requested. The loan will not be marked as paid in full as it has not been satisfied as per the contractual terms. Regards, Customer Services

Now what should I do?

Thanks for the reply's:

Yes I have paid the principal in full

Yes I have filed complaints with FTC, BBB and South Carolina AG.

If you log in to your account at QXLonline and send a service request ticket they respond quickly.

So I guess I will let them know that I have completed my financial responsibility and again request for PIL.

what letter did you send them? just curious as i had sent them one back in July they pretty much told me they still expected payment now i can not even create customer service ticket. They say my balance is 720.00 on a 200.00 loan that i have already paid them. I have not heard anything from them the only way i can contact them is the phone number which i will not do as i have told them no phone contact.

I also have not heard from them except when they responded to my Customer service request ticket. I sent them the standard letter from this forum. It wasn't anything special, but I have paid $320.00 on a $200.00 loan. They still will not acknowledge PIF so I'm not sure what to do next. I refuse to call the number. I'm not to good when they start their threats. I'm open to any suggestions.

keep sending your email then.nobody wants to deal with these cretins over the phone.all they want to do is threaten.best not to give them someone to argue with.flood their inbox with the same letter over and over.they will get the message sooner or later.
