Here's an example in a month I'd have two deposits from XYZ for $900. Then two debits for $1143 each. Could I make an argument with the bank for the 2 overpayments of $243? Sorry if this is totally a dumb question.

My understanding has been that if you have revoked your ACH and the debits go through, this is fraud and the bank will refund the money that was debited as it was illegally removed from your account. As far as the bank's fees (i.e. NSF fees) I think that is going to depend on the bank although I believe I read with out BoA account that they will refund any NSF fees determiend to have resulted from fraud. Hope this clears it up. :)

Ok so only anything that might have posted post Revocation. That makes more sense. Thank you! Everything that tried to go through post sending the letters was returned and no NSF fees were charged. Darn I was sorta hoping though ;)
