I was reading a bunch of posts and now I think I'm confused. When people say that they've gotten the banks to refund some of the illegal PDL fees are we talking like when they over draft your account and the bank charges you $35 so you've been refunded those fees? Or are you saying that you told the bank it was fraud, went back the x number of days permitted and were refunded full payments?

Thanks in advance for clearing up the confusion.

My understanding has been that if you have revoked your ACH and the debits go through, this is fraud and the bank will refund the money that was debited as it was illegally removed from your account. As far as the bank's fees (i.e. NSF fees) I think that is going to depend on the bank although I believe I read with out BoA account that they will refund any NSF fees determiend to have resulted from fraud. Hope this clears it up. :)
