I have a few payday loans. One online All Credit Lenders/American Cash Loans. Loan amount: 400.00 have paid 450.73 already and still have 20 payments @ 64.39 coming out of my checking. Opened this loan 6/14/10. I also have a PLS Store Loan (actual in town store) for 945.00. First payment was 445.00 and the rest are 294.00. I have paid the first payment but will be unable to make anymore. I live in wisconsin and was just wondering what I can do about these. I have a payment due 10/8/10 and can not do it as will lose my car and house if keep up with the payments as high as they are. Also I can not have them calling me at work as I work at a hotel can I send them something in writing telling them that contact can only be in writing?

I'm not sure what you mean by "having to write a new check every time." Are you not paying as per above?

What does your contract say? Does it say it's a payday loan or an installment loan or possibly a credit services organization? It sounds like an installment loan to me. PDL laws do not apply. You'll need to pay as per your contract or try to negotiate extended payment plans with your lenders.
