Medicredit is calling me even though I am disabled and on Medicaid. The reverse of my Medicaid card plainly states any payment rendered by Medicaid is considered full payment. What should I do?

The back of my Medicaid card precisely states, and I quote- "Bill other insurance first; Medicaid is last payor. Medicaid payment is full payment even if charges exceed the payment."- (italics added for emphasis)
My point here being that once the medical providers bill medicaid there is not supposed to be a remaining balance and I am quite certain that I have not seen any medical provider without giving my Medicaid card. Yet, magically, Medicredit is attempting to bleed me for money that I do not legally owe. Yes, I realize this company is a collection agency and that's what they do.
I have both read the back of the Medicaid card and mailed a copy of the back of the card to Medicredit. They still call.
I am soon to tell the representative definitively in no parsed terminology they are in apparent violation of NC state law and if they do not cease immediately I will be forced to report them to the State Attorney General.
