Better yet, because so many of these type's of companies use multiple phone numbers and although it can be inconvenient change your phone number. Most phone companies won't block a number, they will tell you how to do it from your phone and each time a call is placed from that number and you have it blocked there is a fee. You would have to find out from your phone service what the fee is. Also file a complaint with the FCC, and is your number on the DO NOT CALL LIST?
