I recieved a summons and have twenty days to respond, should I respond to the attorneys office or directly to the collection company? Also, should I agree to pay in that letter?
you need to look up the rules for civil procedure for your count
you need to look up the rules for civil procedure for your county....got to your county courts website. You need to respond to the court and the attorney. And make sure you show up in court!
Is the balance correct? Have you tried to negotiate a settlement with the attorney?
