E-payday-loan has an address of Utah and I think, they are legal. EP Processing are illegal in your state. You are just morally responsible to pay them the actual amount borrowed. You need to close your bank account immediately, revoke any wage
You need to close your bank account immediately, revoke any wage assignments and file your complaints with the AG, FTC and BBB in your state against the illegal lenders you have. After that send copies of your complaints via email, fax or mail. Contact your legal lenders and make arrangements to pay them using a prepaid money card. I set up Think Cash that way, it is an installment loan and the payment arrangement works out well. No one has access to my bank account any more.
