Okay...here it is...if there is not a listed "paid" amount, then nothing has been paid yet.

Nationwide Cash - $600
EPProcessing - assigned to National Credit Adjusters - then to Atlas Mediation - $300
JVC Processing - assigned to National Credit Adjusters - then to Atlas Mediation - $300 - paid $90
Star Cash Processing $350
e-payday-loan $350
Fast Cash - $300
Payday loan yes $350 - $105 paid

Help...I live in Arkansas...I have to get something arranged with these people, or they will end up getting me fired calling me at work, or if they call my supervisor. Ideas? Thank you so much for your time.

E-payday-loan has an address of Utah and I think, they are legal. EP Processing are illegal in your state. You are just morally responsible to pay them the actual amount borrowed. Click on the following link to know how to deal with these illegal lenders: debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html.

You need to close your bank account immediately, revoke any wage assignments and file your complaints with the AG, FTC and BBB in your state against the illegal lenders you have. After that send copies of your complaints via email, fax or mail. Contact your legal lenders and make arrangements to pay them using a prepaid money card. I set up Think Cash that way, it is an installment loan and the payment arrangement works out well. No one has access to my bank account any more.
