Hey guys, I had read somewhere that anyone can put their signature for it, but then it won't be acceptable at the court. It also stated, that in order to be acceptable the defendant (or anyone who's legally representing him) must sign for it. Would you guys please help clarify my doubts regarding this? Does it also vary with our service rules?
