If you have about $20m credit card debt. Would you file chptr. 13 bk
or go thru a debt conolidation ? I already did a chptr. 7 five years ago.

As 5 years have already passed since your previous Chapter 7 discharge, you'll be able to file Chapter 13 now. However, as Soaplady has said, it seems that you haven't learned from your previous bankruptcy filing. I will suggest you to go for debt consolidation as it won't have negative impact on your credit scores. In case of bankruptcy, your scores will get reduced by 200-250 points.
