The above excerpt applies to CRA's, however, perhaps if you request an investigation you might get a little further, it's worth a try!

Zwicker and Associates is calling me from 978-686-2255. The return number that they give is 800-370-2251. I think I am being contacted by several individuals, but the one that most recently called me is Denise Hayes at extension 5628. Will O'Reilly is the person who refused to transfer me to a manager.

I can't even talk to them about anything unless I give additional information. They won't talk to me. They say they can't look up the account with the information that I have:my name, home phone and the last four digits of the Discover card which they are calling about.
Ask them for their address the next time they call you and send
