I am trying to get a refund from Integrity Advance and they want proof that the governing law provision in their contracts are not binding. I live in FL and from what I can find they are not licensed here nor have I been able to see that they are registered as a CSO. I have seen vague references to cases involving Zippo and a CA gambling site that have suggested that due to the way these companies solicit customers shows they are choosing to do business in the state of the consumer and therefore must follow the state laws of the consumer. Does anyone know either the federal statute that requires these companies to follow each state law or the case law that would show them that loan would be determined to be under the jurisdiction of Florida law?

Thanks for all your help with these iplds.

that is all you need.those two examples.btw have them show you their license to lend.i find this response works.because i was asked this as well.

there are alot of examples i can give, but since all i asked for was a license,or lic number which you need to do business in IL you can extradite me to your hole in the wall if you can.bottomline my state law prevails and since you won't/can't provide license info i don't see the need to engage in this with you.

anyway that is how i answered.they want answers when they provide none.tell them to prove a foreign pdl can do anything but be stupid with the phone threats.
