There are less chances that the credit card company will be able
There are less chances that the credit card company will be able to sue you for a debt which is not even included in your credit report. There are chances that the debt is passed SOL. In such a case, they won't be able to take any legal actions against you. You should contact an attorney and check out if he can help you in this matter.
Dont waste money on an attorney. If you have checked your count
Dont waste money on an attorney. If you have checked your county courts and nothing is filed, and the SOL is past, they are probably a scam. Who called you and do you have the number? Call back, get an address and send them a cease and desist letter.
who called you?the red flag with me is they asked you for a case
