Is a refund realistic or not?

#2) a refund of over $600.00 due to 'finance' charges that were being debited from my account every pay period. Since they were not licensed in my state, I'm only responsible for the $200.00 loan/principle and nothing else. So basically, I overpaid these folks over $600.000!!! After no response to my first two faxes, I sent them a 3rd fax with copies of complaints I filed with the FTC, Attorney General of my state, and the BBB. I'm mailing one certified mail to their physical address this week.
I guess my question is what do you think my odds are of getting a refund? Also, I have been working with a contingency based law firm. Would they think that this is worthy of a suit?
Thanks!

It happens, but as JLB said, it's rare. I received 3 refunds (2 were partial) out of about 12 loans. I had to really fight for 2 of the 3.
Is a refund realistic?

Do you think there is the possiblity of legal recourse or is it not worth going after? I've dealt with a contingency based law firm for an illegal debt collector and came out good.
