I understand your frustration. Ameriloan is not legal in USA. United Cash Loans are not also legal in various states. You need to check whether or not United Cash is legal in your state. You can file a complaint against them to State Attorney General also regarding this issue. Hung up the phone whenever they call you. Take care of your health.

sorry poster above me,but both UCL,and AMERILOAN are affiliated therefore are illegal everywhere.i dealt with both and once they got the hint i wasn't gonna engage them in any way they backed off.now they tried to harrass me for close to a year,but again after the third month i stopped even trying.in fact i got the same message.i laughed at it.btw since i joined here in 2007 AG'S all across the country are dealing with more and more complaints.so just ignore them,and be vigilant.don't let them stress,or get to you.they are wrong,and you are right.just know that.

i know.in fact ameriloan owed me and i owed UCL 50.00,and UCL finally accepted it after a long fight.ameriloan wrote me off,but they will cave.they just do things this way because until our forum,and others came along people just went along.now we are not,but they think if they harrass enough we will just go along.think of that when you need a reason to be strong.also we are here for you as well my friend.don't forget that.

Can I ask you a question? Why are you letting this bother you to the point that it's affecting your health? I know it's a stressful situation, but you're past the stress part. Let it go! They're calling, the call is getting declined, you're not even talking to these people. Why let a missed call cause you so much grief?

UCL is one of the lowest of the low when it comes to PDLs. Unfortunately, they'll keep calling and calling, and use several different phone numbers when they call, so it's hard to block them all. If you answer the phone and it's UCL on the line, just hang up; they can't argue with a dial tone.

I want to thank everyone for their words! I feel better it is just frustrating when they send a email then they call 5 minutes right after. I filed another complaint with my Attorney General today I was actually trying to find the payday loan laws for New Jersey! Like you would think they would get a life and I saw that Ca, and West Virginia Attorney Generals both sued them for illegally lending and their practices.
