Is this company legal in your state? If not, then you're only required to pay the principal amount, which you already have. I think it is better to consult an attorney regarding this issue. i don't think what they are claiming is true. I seriously doubt it.
great sky is illegal
all "sovreign nation"loans are illegal.don't let them try to convince you otherwise.you paid over 600.00 on a 300.00 loan.then if you haven't closed,or secured your account do so asap.the give your employer a wage assignment revocation letter.you overpaid on this and they owe you,not vice versa.btw that is there form email response so just treat them like a foreign pdl.meaning one that is not even based in the US.secure your account.get the revocation letter to your employer, and do not engage them over the phone.i would respond this way to that email .send this only after you revoked any wage assignments, and your account is secured.see the bank manager to secure,or close that account.then respond like this.
since i'm not a member of your tribe, and neither will any person that calls on this will be.your laws do not apply .meaning you got 610.00 on a 300.00 loan.i'm not going to speak to anybody who calls on this, and any futher emails will be forwarded to my AG,and THE FTC as part complaints i'm filing.bottomline.you are basically a foreign pdl that while i can't do anything to you.you can't do anything to me.btw i gave my employer a wage assignment revocation letter.if you won't refund the 310.00 i at least want a PIF as i'm not giving you another penny.
do that again only after you give the revocation letter to your employer, and secured/closed your account.
