I got a pdl from Great Sky Cash back in February of this year, I wish I would of seen this website first. The original loan was in the amount of $300.00 and already paid a total of $651.00 with only ten dollars going towards the principal. I sent them my altered template email and this is what I got back from them.

"As clearly indicated in its Website disclaimers and the loan documents executed by you, Great Sky Finance, LLC is a wholly Native American owned Limited Liability Company located within the exterior boundaries of the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, a sovereign Native American Nation. As such, Great Sky Finance, LLC conducts it business under Federal law and the laws of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Native American tribes have a special status under the US Constitution and as such are exempt from state regulation. Pursuant to Federal Law, Great Sky Finance, LLC is a completely lawful enterprise in any area.
You specifically agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement upon execution and return to our office located on the Reservation. Great Sky Finance, LLC relied upon your representations in good faith and approved your loan based upon such representations. Great Sky Finance, LLC loaned you the money in good faith that you would repay the note as promised. Great Sky Finance, LLC is fully within its rights to seek repayment as originally agreed."

Now what?

all "sovreign nation"loans are illegal.don't let them try to convince you otherwise.you paid over 600.00 on a 300.00 loan.then if you haven't closed,or secured your account do so asap.the give your employer a wage assignment revocation letter.you overpaid on this and they owe you,not vice versa.btw that is there form email response so just treat them like a foreign pdl.meaning one that is not even based in the US.secure your account.get the revocation letter to your employer, and do not engage them over the phone.i would respond this way to that email .send this only after you revoked any wage assignments, and your account is secured.see the bank manager to secure,or close that account.then respond like this.

since i'm not a member of your tribe, and neither will any person that calls on this will be.your laws do not apply .meaning you got 610.00 on a 300.00 loan.i'm not going to speak to anybody who calls on this, and any futher emails will be forwarded to my AG,and THE FTC as part complaints i'm filing.bottomline.you are basically a foreign pdl that while i can't do anything to you.you can't do anything to me.btw i gave my employer a wage assignment revocation letter.if you won't refund the 310.00 i at least want a PIF as i'm not giving you another penny.

do that again only after you give the revocation letter to your employer, and secured/closed your account.
