Hi all. I am embarrassed beyond belief but must ask for help

I have several pdl and installments out.

Checkngo online installment : borrowed 1450, paid 650 bal is still 1620

Plaingreen loans installment: borrowed 1800, paid 400 bal is 1753.

Ezloans store front : borrowed 400 owe 480

Advance America store front : borrowed 850, EPP now for 968/4

I cant kerp paying all of these and letting my normal bills sit. I have emailed checkngo to revoke ACH but no response yet and they won give mailing address.

Plaingreen pulled my ACH for me but collection calls started immediatley and wont stop calling work phone even after telling them to only call my main number.

Any suggestions/help is appreciated. I live in Delaware.

Delaware allows the lending of payday loans. It will be a good option to contact Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissioner in order to find out whether or not your payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state. You will be liable for paying only the principal balance if you find that your payday lenders are not licensed to operate in your state. Apart from that, filing bankruptcy can also be an option in order to get a discharge from these debts.

PDL's are just terrible!! However..sometimes 'we' do what we have to do. Someone stated in an above post that PDL's can't be 'discharged' in BK's. Really?..I didn't know that. Just curious why they can't be.

I spoke to someone with the Delaware Banking commission (it's also known as Eastern Specialty Finance), and Check N Go is in fact legal. After calling them yesterday, they are now harrassing me. I'm working something out with a local credit union to pay that debt off and now I have 12 monthly payments of $95 paid to the credit union instead of paying $326 a month with ridiculous interest rates.

If this is how Check n Go does its business then I want out. I'm more than willing to pay my debt but I want it to be something I can afford and not so sketchy.
