I was married 22 years.. X did not report he retired.. When found out.. I was awarded retirement award throught The military. and back pay and attorneys fees.. as he did not pay me for a couple years.. DFAS military is now sending the retirement pay..And Judgement was placed against my X for over 18,000. at 10 % interest. The military cannot collect back retirement pay.. only monthly out of his check.. Can he put this under bankruptcy.?

My thoughts are that this would not be dischargable....sounds like alimony or support....maybe we need more clarification? I think you should consult an attorney.
