Was I the only one who actually read the OP's post. THEY are being garnished TWICE for the same thing!! OP-you need to go to the court listed on the garnishment and show them that you are being garnished twice for the same account. They can not do that. Looks like you were sued twice for the same thing, which is illegal. You have to go to the courts that issued the judgements and ask to see the case files and go from there. Yes, it would help you greatly to have a lawyer for this. BUT, the fact you were sued and garnished twice for the same thing, should mean money in YOUR pocket for that.

Some creditors like Citibank have different products....and you can be sued by them twice for the individual products. That is why I was asking who the creditor is.

Isn't it true that a creditor can only garnish a certain percentage of the creditor's paycheck? So if that percentage is 25 percent and they get two judgements, they couldn't garnish for 50 percent?
