First of all, don't freak out! You cannot be sent to jail just because you are in debt! Also threatening calls regarding payback of payday loans is itself illegal.
I would suggest you to ask the name of the attorney, the next time she calls and cross check with the county's bar association. Also ask them to provide documents for all their claims before threatening you. The solution is simple. Threaten them back to stop them!
