I can understand how embarrassed you must be! But there are high chances that the person can come to your office and deliver you the paperwork. I guess it will be a summons regarding a debt that may not have paid off. If you receive the summons, make sure to answer it. You can contact an attorney and he might help you in answering the summons. The attorney will also guide you regarding further actions that you might want to take in this case.

NO ONE will call ahead of time and warn you they are going to come serve you papers. It is NEVER done that way. Its a scam, plain and simple. Do not worry. To check to be sure, call your county court and I can guarantee you there is no lawsuit there. When they call back play with them and call their bluff

Wait for a day or two mate. I don't think you'll receive any paperwork. This looks like a scam. They are just trying to bully you. It is quite common. If they send you a court papers at your office, then go through it. Give a reply to the summons within 20days.

I suggest you go to you tube and type "dateline debt trap" The series is 10 parts, but it is VERY informative of the (illegal) lengths debt collectors will go to. Good luck!
