Three due dates has passed. and they do not want to settle, they keep calling me and they are just ignoring my emails. Any suggestions with this?

Just keep at them. Have you filed your complaints with the FTC and the AG of your state? Sometimes they become a little more responsive once they hear from one or both of those entities.

I completely agree about the wage assignment revoking--as since they mentioned it, I wouldn't put it past them to try something with your employer.
Since your principle was $1000, and you have already paid back $250, all you owe them is $750.
I would determine what you can REALLY afford to pay back, get an address for them and send payment to them. Do NOT pay a penny more than what you got. If they accept your money orders, then suprise, they accept payment arrangements! Good luck and keep us posted.
