Did you show the bank your ACH revocation letters/emails? If they allow anything through, the best you can do is to go into the branch and dispute it as a fraudulent debit, since you revoked ACH authorization.
You might want to also try contacting them via the corporate website.
If that STILL doesn't work, I suggest you write a complaint letter to the following people at the bank:
