I have received 2 PIFS thanks to the help I found here.
Now, I believe that OneClick and Ameriloan are the same company. I received two emails from their recovery departments where they want me to log in and make payments arrangements. I sent the letter that I have sent 15 times since August 31st. Last night I received two calls... One from Ameriloan and one from OneClick. I have way overpaid on both of these loans.
Do I talk to these people or no? Does anyone have any experience with these companies?

you are very perceptive to catch that both ameriloan,and one click are affiliated.yes i have dealt with them,and they will fight you tooth and nail.btw the site is just to get you to pay the amount they think you owe.resend your letter,and keep resending it.do not call these idiots as it doesn't benefit you to argue with illegal losers.

I sent OCC an email revoking their ACH authorization and any wage assignment that I may have agreed to about a month ago. I got an email that day saying they got my email. I haven't heard from them since then. About a week ago I tried logging on using my account info but I wasn't able to so I know they got the letter. I closed my bank account as well. I haven't gotten any communications from the bank regarding attempted withdrawals so I'm assuming they haven't tried to debit my account.
I received pif emails from 2 other companies. I'm just waiting to hear from OCC.

I have dealt with Ameriloan and the other company United Cash Loans. I have actually posted some of their new numbers in previous they were calling me regularly until 3 weeks ago I got a call from a man named Sam claiming to be auditing their files, and I hung up on them I didn't recognize the number so one day I was beat when they called me back and I cussed this lady out to no end I dropped all kinds of F bombs and other choice words on her and I have yet to hear back from them!
