United cash loans 200$

So I unknowingly applied for a 200$ loan and received it today from united cash loans. By unknowingly I didn't look up their track record before doing this. Am I going to get stuck into paying them a crazy amount? I feel like using it and still paying them the 260$ owed but documenting my payments to them with picture and everything if they try and say I have not paid, also closing my bank account.

You didnt unknowingly apply for a loan.....you more than likely failed to read what you were e-signing. You need to be more careful.

That said, this loan is tribal and illegal. You need to close your account...you only owe the principal. Revoke any voluntary wage assignments.

have the money returned asap.i have seen others try that and trust me.you don't know what your'e getting into.refuse it and close that account.
