Talking to a mortgage broker that has helped me through the whole thing just told me to settle it. And that being disabled I have more of a stable income then most cause I won't be fired or layed off. There is something in my county if I take an 8 hour coarse I can get up too $14,000 in down payments and closing costs to help me afford it. I am going for a HUD house so what I do have is more than enough!
