Originally, you said "you" have several payday loans. So, we assumed they were yours.
If this is identity theft, you need to file a police report and yes, you may want to get a lawyer to sue the person who misused your account.

It's not an identity theft issue. I closed my account today sent revocation letters to the lenders I could find email addresses for, but am having a hard time pinpoint My Cash Now. Anyone know of an email address or fax number for them. Apparently they have several false addresses so I'm not sure where to send the last letter.

I don't think you need an attorney yet. But what you do need to do since these PDL's are internet is report them to the state and the FTC. It would also be interesting to check with the state and see if any of these lenders are actually banned--not just that they are illegal, but are banned from doing business there.
Again, I really think you can do most of this yourself, but if you are still having problems, then speak with an attorney.
