She's not revoking ACH authorization, you are. It's your account. She needs to do what you tell her to do. It's federal law under Regulation E.

Did you talk to a branch manager or personal banker?? ACH revocation is FEDERAL LAW...Regulation E. By law they must abide by your revocation.
All PDL's are illegal in NC. Follow the link in my signature line for info on taking care of them. Follow all of the steps.

I recently informed Check N Go that I was revoking their ACH debits and I informed my bank about it. I spoke with the branch manager and she said that you technically can't revoke ACHs with payday companies. Other companies you can, but Payday companies are different. She said that because they lend you money and you sign a contract that revoking doesn't work. I'm not sure that she fully knew the extent of the law. She has worked with me before and she did go through and put a stop payment on all the company IDs that Check N go has used that showed up on my account, but obviously that isn't a guarantee that Check N Go won't find a way around it. She stated that the only guarantee is to close the account. I really don't want to do that. I'm just going to see what happens.
