Hi there I live in Wisconsin and I have 3 legal payday loans and I am really having trouble paying for these. I have one through advance america which I think is cashnet usa $1100, One through payday one $1300 , and cash store $2300.Who do you think I should start paying off first .?What would happen if I went into collections. Advance America is trying to help me, but the payments are to much. I am living paycheck to paycheck trying to get these paid, Please Help in Wisconsin. Thanks

I have found that with the legal installment loans, they are much harder to deal with until you default. If you live in Wisconsin, then they actually gave you installment loans because of the tricky WI payday loan laws. It's easier to get around them with installment loans.
While your account is current, they really won't budge. they may let you defer a payment for a while, but that is about all. I defaulted on Check n Go, and finally worked out a decent settlement arrangement with them.
I am still struggling with CNU and Payday One, and I am either going to default or simply file a Wisconsin Chapter 128. At lease WI has the 128 option, it is the only state that does.
