Bank of America should be sued

I think this bank is wrong for not allowing your account to remain closed and putting a hold from any ACH transactions to debit the account.
I'm only blaming myself for getting in this situation, but I lost my job and nothing was under my control; however there should be better laws against this.
I can't pay these fees and rent. Please tell me what I need to do next.

So, BOA closed your account but allowed a debit to reopen it rather than returning it marked "account closed"?
I'd start making some calls.
