I'm located in Texas and I sent the cease and desist letters to the payday loan companies; however with little response as of now. I closed my account with Bank of America and they put a stop payment on just the loans that were coming out. They stated they couldn't put a block on the whole account and that they had to do it separately. Cashnetusa changed the amount and was still allowed to debit my CLOSED account and now I'm owing fees in addition to what I owe them.

I think this bank is wrong for not allowing your account to remain closed and putting a hold from any ACH transactions to debit the account.

I'm only blaming myself for getting in this situation, but I lost my job and nothing was under my control; however there should be better laws against this.

I can't pay these fees and rent. Please tell me what I need to do next.
Thank you

Get back to the branch or go to another one. ACH revocation is federal.,,copy this out.

ACH revocation is covered by Reg E of the FDIC!! ?? 205.10 Preauthorized transfers. FEDERAL LAW Get back in there
