Laws for PDL in Louisiana

What's the full name of the lender? Is it EZPaydayCash? Was it an online lender or a storefront?

PDLs are legal in LA but there are instances where the lender you're working with may not be "legal."

I'm confused.

easycashonline.com = Check Into Cash, which is a licensed, legal lender. They will, however give you an extended payment plan if you ask for one. They follow the laws of LA.

easycashonlinestore.com is Camosun Financial Services. I'm looking into this one.

They are illegal. You are only morally obligated to pay back the original principal borrowed. This means no interest or fees.
