I am trying to find the laws for internet PDL in the state of Louisiana. I had a loan with Easy Cash and I have paid well over the loaned amount and I needed to see what I could do to stop them for harrassing me for all the interest.

I'm confused.

easycashonline.com = Check Into Cash, which is a licensed, legal lender. They will, however give you an extended payment plan if you ask for one. They follow the laws of LA.

easycashonlinestore.com is Camosun Financial Services. I'm looking into this one.

I still don't know which one you have but though this would be a start for you.

Camosun is not affiliated with easycashonline.com.

Looks like they are offshore according to the state of Washington

http://www.dfi.wa.gov/consumers/alerts/easy-cash-online.htm

"Easy Cash Online Store aka Camosun Financial Services Group provides payday loans to consumers via the internet and is located in British Columbia, Canada."

further

"The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions is unable to pursue action against this company because it is located outside the United States."
