Hello - I've gotten myself into a terrible mess. I currently owe on three payday loans. I live in Nebraska.

1. Western Sky/Cash Call - I borrowed $2600. I've made 3 payments of $294

2. Great Plains Lending - I borrowed $800. I've made 3 payments of $136.37 and one payment of $166.37

3. PayDay Nation - I borrowed $600. I've made one payment of $75.

I cannot afford to make the payments any more. I'm unable to pay my rent/utilities/buy food. I have NO friends or family I can borrow money from. I need the money to stop coming out of my account automatically.

I got a response from Great Plains agreeing to the terms of my email. Thank you!

However...

This is the response I got from Cash Call / Western Sky after sending them the email. What do I do now?

"Dear XXXXXX ,
This letter is being sent in response to your inquiry of September 07, 2012 in regards to the interest rate charged in conjunction with your loan.
Your loan was funded by Western Sky Financial ("Western Sky") on May 02, 2012, in the amount of $2,525.00, which is the loan amount of $2,600.00 minus the $75.00 Prepaid Finance Charge/Origination Fee. Western Sky is a wholly Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal Member owned business and is located and operates within the exterior boundaries of the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation. Western Sky loans are initiated, approved, issued and disbursed within the confines of the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation. Western Sky is licensed with the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Western Sky does not have any physical presence in your state or any other State of the Union. The laws of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe apply exclusively to the terms and conditions of your loan, and you further accepted this choice of law and jurisdiction by executing your loan document. These facts were explained to you when you applied and again when you signed your Promissory Note. As a courtesy, please find attached an additional copy of your loan Note for your records.
Please also be advised that on May 05, 2012,per the NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT, SALE OR TRANSFER OF SERVICING RIGHTS e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided, your loan was sold to WS Funding, LLC, and is currently being serviced by CashCall. Dear Western Sky

Please do not treat me like some idiot. As you well know, you do not hold ANY license in my state or any other state for that matter. I do not live on your reservation and thus your laws do not apply to me. I have educated myself on your predatory lending and you know as well as I do now that the contract I signed is null and void. I will pay the principal only on a payment plan I can afford.

Since so many state Attorney Generals offices are dealing with complaints about your business, I will also be including a letter to my state AG's office as well.

I hereby revoke any and all ach priveleges and any and all rights to wage assignment effective immediately.

Govern yourself accordingly....

I sent your response - modified for politeness - and recieved the following response.

"We are in receipt of your inquiry dated 9/12/12. We have received multiple letters from you requesting validation of debt. As stated in our most recept response dated 9/7/12, our records confirm that all credit information has been reported accurately for the above referenced loan. As a courtesy, please find enclosed a copy of the original loan document and detailed payment history for your records.

Please be advised that it is our position that we have complied with all aspects of the law in the relation to the validation of the above referenced debt and consider this matter closed.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions."

They didn't acknowledge anything in the previous email I sent them. What now?
