The first two are illegal tribal lenders...the 3rd is offshore in England. Follow the link in my signature loan for information on how to deal with illegal lenders....you owe principal only, no interest, no fees...pay them back $1 a week if you need to.

"Dear XXXXXX ,
This letter is being sent in response to your inquiry of September 07, 2012 in regards to the interest rate charged in conjunction with your loan.
Your loan was funded by Western Sky Financial ("Western Sky") on May 02, 2012, in the amount of $2,525.00, which is the loan amount of $2,600.00 minus the $75.00 Prepaid Finance Charge/Origination Fee. Dear Western Sky
Please do not treat me like some idiot. As you well know, you do not hold ANY license in my state or any other state for that matter. I do not live on your reservation and thus your laws do not apply to me. I have educated myself on your predatory lending and you know as well as I do now that the contract I signed is null and void. I will pay the principal only on a payment plan I can afford.
Since so many state Attorney Generals offices are dealing with complaints about your business, I will also be including a letter to my state AG's office as well.
I hereby revoke any and all ach priveleges and any and all rights to wage assignment effective immediately.
Govern yourself accordingly....

So why bother being polite with them...and why on earth were you validating a debt that it is illegal?? Validation just requires them to provide a prom note....it doesnt prove the debt is valid.
